This program was done up to help collate survey data and calculate the percentages for each response. 3 types of survey questions are handled: After submitting the number of questions and the options above, the user will be redirected to a big textarea box and key in the survey data, one line for each respondent's survey form answers. A sample is shown below with 2 rating scale questions, 1 choice question and 1 open-ended question.
